We saw this recipe on one Hungary web-site about lavender.
But we’ve changed it according to Georgian traditions. Let’s name it “Matsoni with lavender”
1 cup Matsoni – Georgian yogurt
1 pinch of culinary lavender (our lavender, of course)
1 tsp sugar
1 pinch of lemon peel
Recipe is very simple. Combine all ingredients, let it rest for 10-15 minutes and enjoy tasty Georgian yogurt. Bon appetite!
